Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Unsuccessful Delivery and Return to Origin (RTO)

If a customer is unreachable, repeatedly unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses delivery, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the shipment to origin.

Where an order is returned because of customer-related delivery failure, applicable actual courier return charges may be requested before a replacement shipment is arranged, provided the charges are lawfully applicable and appropriately disclosed.

Any such charges must reflect the applicable courier costs and will not override mandatory consumer rights.
