Our Story

Recipes carried from family kitchens

JK Home Made Foods starts with household recipes passed through family kitchens. Each pickle is made in the same careful way, with attention to the method rather than shortcuts.

How it is made

Four steps, kept in order

01

Clean the ingredients

Raw mangoes, vegetables, and meat are cleaned and checked by hand before any spice touches them.

02

Blend the spices

Whole spices are ground in small quantities, with cold-pressed oils measured for each recipe.

03

Marinate slowly

Each batch rests in its own spice blend, so the flavours settle into the ingredients over time.

04

Seal airtight

Finished pickles are bottled in clean containers and sealed to protect them through storage.

Small batches

Traditional care, no artificial additives

Batches are prepared in small quantities in hygienic conditions, without chemical additives. Storage instructions and ingredients are listed on every product.
